Shipping

At Office Luxe, we’re committed to a clear and simple shopping experience with free shipping on all orders within Belgium.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it and that your payment is on hold while we verify stock availability. If your item is in stock, we will process your payment and prepare your order for shipping. Please note that the estimated shipping time is indicated for each product on its respective page. While many items are ready to ship within three business days, some products, especially those produced on demand, may take up to six weeks to arrive.

Once your payment is processed and your order is ready, we aim to ship it as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. For most deliveries in Belgium, standard shipping typically takes between three and seven business days, while express shipping, if available, usually takes between one and three business days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within four business days, please contact us at info@officeluxe.eu.

Our shipping policy adheres to all relevant EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive. This means you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. If your order is delayed unreasonably, you can request a refund or cancel your order. Additionally, if an item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.

Please note that our products are designed for the EU market (220V-240V) and might not work properly outside the EU. When you receive your order, please inspect the package carefully. If you notice any damage before signing for the delivery, make a note of it or, if possible, refuse the package. If you accept the delivery and later find damage, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items and email them to info@officeluxe.eu.
