Our Commitment to a Clear Shopping Experience
At Office Luxe, we are committed to a clear and simple shopping experience. We aim to be fully transparent regarding our logistics, adherence to EU consumer law, and the specialized nature of handling and returning office furniture.
Shipping & Installation
Our shipping and installation policies are designed to be straightforward. Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of the purchase amount. We currently deliver exclusively within Belgium. We are pleased to offer complimentary installation for all products, with the exception of our Web Furniture Collection, which is designed for easy self-assembly.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it and that your payment is on hold while we verify stock availability. If your item is in stock, we will process your payment and prepare your order for shipping.
The estimated shipping time, which typically ranges from two to six weeks depending on the product, is indicated for each item on its respective page. If your order is unreasonably delayed, you have the right to request a refund or cancel your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received this confirmation within four business days, please contact us at info@officeluxe.eu.
EU Consumer Rights & Returns Policy
Our policy adheres to all relevant EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive. This means you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note that our products are designed for the EU market (220V-240V).
1. Product Arrives Damaged or Defective
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or a repair. A full refund will be provided if a replacement or repair is not possible or cannot be completed in a timely manner.
When you receive your order, please inspect the package carefully. If you notice any damage before signing for the delivery, make a note of it or, if possible, refuse the package. If you accept the delivery and later discover damage, please take photos of both the damaged packaging and the items, and email them to info@officeluxe.eu immediately.
2. Change of Mind (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind (e.g., incorrect color or size), your return is subject to prior approval by Office Luxe and our specialized handling costs.
The item must be returned new, unused, and in its original, perfectly intact packaging. All refunds will be processed minus a percentage-based markdown (restocking fee) and a fixed logistics and handling fee. This covers the specialized costs associated with the return and verification of large office furniture items. If the original packaging is visibly damaged, the return may be refused or subject to a more significant reduction in the refunded amount.
Non-Returnable and Assembly Restrictions
Products that are made-to-order or considered special products are not eligible for return or exchange. Furthermore, any item that has been assembled or damaged during assembly is considered accepted and will be charged at 100% of the price; it cannot be refunded.
